Bishops Caundle & Caundle Marsh Village Hall
The hall is open for all regular activities, and for event bookings. We have a large main hall and a separate meeting room.
We have installed an air source heat pump heating system, solar panels, and the hall lighting has been upgraded to LEDs. These activities were part-funded by Low Carbon Dorset as part of the European Regional Development Fund. The heating system and solar panels were supplied and installed by H2ECO. The lighting components were supplied by LED-ZIP Lighting Ltd and installed by Roots Electrical.
Thanks also go to Sheerline Services for the kitchen upgrade.
The village hall is owned and run by the local community. It provides an inexpensive and convenient venue for regular events or for you to hire privately. This clean spacious building provides a light and friendly atmosphere for its users. The hall management committee oversees the smooth running of the village hall.
